Dr. Ali Asani, Professor of Indo-Muslim and Islamic Religion and Cultures of Harvard University will address “The Importance of Religious Literacy in a Cosmopolitan World.” Dr. Asani will focus part of his talk on transcultural Islamic studies in high schools in Texas, Kenya, and Pakistan, a crucial topic today.
